Is their any soup bases without soy??
My favorite spot for ramen, I like the Tonkatsu Tan Tan. I only give the four stats because I have gyoza there, but it's not consistent, some days are better than others.
MoreMy favorite Ramen! First time out since Covid and they did a great job!
Food is good but way over priced...$8 for ONE sliced chicken thigh. Wont go back.
MoreI’ve had better ramen at airport food courts. Friendly service though.
Goma Tei has some of the best ramen on the island! I have never left disappointed by the quality of the food. I especially love the char siu tan tan ramen but all of their dishes are great. The service was on point as well. The only complaint i have is the price of the beer. It was $5.25 for a small glass, barely half a pint.
MoreI love 😍 soup and tempature is always hot and perfect. Noodle is too soft so 4 🌟 for now.
MoreBest tan tan soups in the island.
Very friendly staff. Good ramen. Large portions
We got in fast and the food was very good. Our server was extremely helpful and friendly. No worries over weather your food will be hot as it comes up so fast there's no way you could be cold.
MoreGood tonkatsu tan tan ramen but too much sesame according to my wife.
First time having real ramen and udon, it was great definetly a must try!
My absolute favorite for fresh ramen. Quick, quality noodles. Always hot and always fresh, but still comes out in a timely manner. Employees are friendly. Space is quite big. Gets busy for lunch and dinners but wait times are never rediculous. Prices are affordable and the portions are filling. Not a large selection but classics are good enough. Slowly the menu is expanding.
MoreI recommend #2. Enough for 2 adults. Goma Tei never disappoints. More fun to eat at the counter.
MoreThe won ton was nice and crispy and the sauce made it so much tastier. The tonkatsu was tender and a good compliment to the shoyu ramen
MoreTried the garlic tan tan ramen and that was very good. If you love garlic, try it. They do have other choices and specials as well. I seem to prefer the tan tan ramen over the shoyu base ramen. Their gyoza are tasty too.
MoreHad the level 3 spicy ramen today. Holy god was it amazing! Super spicy if you can handle it, although I think next time I'm gonna get a level 5 spice, which would be the highest level. Haha.
MoreGoma Tei never disappoints! Always fresh and consistent
Ok beer and decent food
Every dish that I've eaten was really delicious. You can't go wrong when eating here. Menu is pretty overwhelming because you wanna try everything on the menu. There are photos on the menu on what to expect and it's exact when served. The staff is helpful. Restaurant is super clean and easy to find at Pearlridge. It gets very busy during mealtime hours. A must when visiting the shopping center.
MoreLove the charsu and friends rice it's the shiznit! 🤙
It was a good meal! Our waitress was a young girl who was very upbeat and friendly. My girlfriend enjoyed her ahoy ramen and I liked my fried chicken. All in all, we liked the place.
MoreFresh noodle so ono
The milk tea tastes like chalk and my soup tasted like it was left out yesterday and warmed up before they brought it out to me.
MoreI always enjoyed coming here, we went when it was crowded but it only took us about 5 minutes to be seated. We decided to get the shoyu ramen and the truffle ramen, both we enjoyed. We also got the gyoza which is one of my favorites. I come here frequently for three reasons. It's good, the price is great, and it is fast.
MoreI absolutely love the tan tan ramen, so good!!! Wait times are decent and once your seated the service is quick...
MoreTonkatsu Tan Tan Ramen always the best
I love this Ramen shop. They ate. Otherwise the fanciest place, but they don't need to be. The broth is excellent with our without the tan tan sauce. The gyoza is handmade in-house and huge. I've never been disappointed when we eat there.
MoreAte a lot of ramen while I was in Hawaii and this was my favorite - so good it made up for the half hour + wait for a table - we were a larger party of 6 plus baby and they only had one table big enough for us that was occupied and refused to move empty tables together to create a big enough table for us.
MoreI had the plain Tan Tan everytime I go. So oishi!!
Service is good and food comes out fast, its delicious
Our go to spot when we feel like ramen but don't want to drive to town. 😆 At Pearlridge so parking is usually easy to find. The kids love the Tatsuta age Chicken.
MoreGot the level 4 spicy tan tan ramen. That was spicy, almost too spicy. It is not for everyone. However, I appreciate that this place did not baby it and just gave me the spice I was looking for. Normally though, I think Ill stick with level 2.
MoreNot a fan of the wontons. They were stuck together and the skin was breaking apart, definitely not fresh and they smelled as if they were sitting for a bit. However, I was able to "fix" that issue by dousing it in the chili sauce and vinegar that they have in the sauce rack at each table. Broth was good, I should have got a noodle-dish
MoreLove this place! Ramen is always awesome! Sometimes there is a wait but it’s never longer than usually 10-15 mins. Staff is always so friendly
MoreI love their gyoza. Franky everything they do is awesome. They even make their own noodles.
MoreWife loves this place but to me the ramen seems just 3 stars.
Some of the best ramen on the island. It's a cozy place inside Pearl Ridge. Reasonably priced and great service.
MoreSuper legit! So far I haven’t been able to find a decent ramen place in Oahu until I came here. Their Char Siu is so delicious it practically melts in your mouth <3 I definitely recommend the #2. Their spicy ramen isn’t really that spicy. It’s more of a “throat scratcher” than a spicy flavor. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for some amazing comfort food.
MoreNot many chairs within the restaurant, but don't let that be the only reason you do not go inside. Their food brings a sense of comfort and enjoyment. Service is quick and friendly. Food is hot and tasty, make sure to savor the bites versus quickly eating.
MoreGoma Tei's 3rd location on Oahu after Ward and Ala Moana. Out of all of their restaurants this one is by far the largest and most spacious is, there is so much extra space right now you could add another 5-6 tables and it would still be comfortable.Selection, taste and service is on par with the other places.
MoreWhen we go here, we always sit at the counter so you don't have to wait for a table. The Tonkatsu Tan Tan is the best. I always tell them to put my Tonkatsu separate. I like it when it's still crispy. But the Tan Tan is yummy! Another thing to get is the gyoza. You get about 6 pieces. You won't be disappointed.
Morespicy tan tan ramen is one of the best on da island. fried gyoza is always good. and service is great!
MoreConvenient location in Pearlridge. Friendly staff and quality food! Your order comes out pretty fast and it is nice that they remain open even after the mall closes!
MoreLocated within Pearlridge Uptown next to Applebee's and TJ Maxx. The food is good look all other Goma Tei restaurants. Service could be a little better as waittime to be for service was longer than normal.
MoreMabo Tofu Rice was plentiful and Chicken Tatsutage side was so ONO!!!
Their teriyaki chicken rice bowl is consistently amazing. The service here is polite and quick! My wife loves their shoyu charsiu ramen with agitama egg, which is also always consistently amazing.
MoreDefinitely best soup bases in town! Noodles are amazing too!
The food is delicious and it's reasonably priced
Delicious authentic ramen that transports you right into Japan.
Great service, great food!! Spicy tan tan ramen level 4 was everything we hoped for and more. We will be coming back to get some of this yummy ramen. Portion was more than enough. Gyoza was not my favorite but it was not bad.
